Perdue Foods approached Nishihara/Wilkinson Design in search of a branding team that could move quickly and strategically to develop a revolutionary new category for the fresh and frozen chicken market.  The new category was ABF (Antibiotic Free).

 

​The NW team started by assisting with naming the brand and starting the development of the brand-mark.  The process was extensive and thoroughly scrutinized by the Perdue Farms team at every check point.

​

This brand went from ZERO to HERO in 6 years.  This new brand & category turned into a 100 million dollar success for Perdue Chicken out performing much of their parent-brand fresh chicken products.
 

This branding project was a HISTORIC campaign both in success & scope.

I was a part of this team.  My concept was chosen from all others as the brand direction after extensive early-development efforts.
